Sara has truly changed my daily outlook. Throughout this pandemic and online school I have struggled with mental health and keeping a consistent movement routine. Through Sara Bucks I have not only kept a consistent routine but never felt mentally better in my life. Hi! I’m Sara, a certified Barre, Yoga & Group Fitness Instructor based in Toronto.

I believe that movement is medicine and hope to continue to share my passion for teaching, fitness and overall well-being with others through community-based programming.
