I will be hosting Barre in the park workouts on Saturdays and or Thursdays throughout thee summer as well as monthly pop up’s in studio at the Attic QW.

All barre classes include upbeat music, dance inspired movement, with a focus on muscular endurance and strength. No two classes are the same, and they will challenge you mentally and physically while allowing you to feel your best.
