My private and semi-private classes include a perfect combination of barre, strength based exercises and yoga to allow you to feel your best. I will work with you on a completely customized program that takes into account your movement history, goals, injuries and schedule.

Book with me as an individual, or with a group of friends for a single session for a special event (birthday parties, bachelorette etc.) or on. a regular basis.
