WHAT TO EXPECT

Becoming a Move to Feel member provides you access to unlimited LIVE and ON DEMAND workouts. Every class provides an energizing and fun SWEAT SESH from the comfort of your own home! Each week, a recommended movement schedule is provided, and will include barre fitness classes, pilates classes, strength training, HIIT, and yoga classes. You will have the option to join classes live on zoom with other members, or create your own schedule with the library of pre recorded, on demand workouts.

The workouts range from 10 minute quickies (for when you're in a pinch) to 50 minutes in length, always to the beat of a hype playlist, and focused on falling in love with moving your beautiful body.
